Voice of Participants
Here are some feedback comments from participants of the course:
I really love the harmony between academia and entertainment.
During the lectures on Italian culture, we can enjoy watching videos while sipping delicious wine.
The distributed wines are also unique and fantastic! I feel at ease knowing that review videos will be provided with subtitles.

Tokyo
I have been participating since Chapter 1.
Every time, I get to hear the voices of local producers, and it feels like I am not only experiencing the wine but also understanding and traveling through Italy.
Thanks to Professor Jinnai's explanations, my understanding has become even deeper.
I am looking forward to the annual one-week comprehensive on-site tour planned.

Tokyo
I can feel the passionate dedication of the winemakers towards their land, history, and winemaking.
In Professor Jinnai's exploration and introduction of various cities, we get glimpses of how these cities have developed over time.
I would love to visit Italy, wh
ich I have yet to see, and explore the wineries.

The Italian Wine Culture Course not only allows us to appreciate the exquisite taste of Italy's valuable wines but also captivates us with the stories shared by the producers during the live sessions. It enables us to delve deeper into the world of wine.
Furthermore, Professor Jinchi's detailed discussions on terroir and the cultural, natural, and human aspects of Italy truly showcase its magnificence. It is a course that leaves us moved and is unlike anything we have experienced before.
Once the COVID-19 pandemic subsides, I would love to visit any winery and experience it firsthand!
