The first co-sponsorship project by the AIG (Associazione Italo-Giapponese) Italian Wine Culture Course and the Italian Parmigiano Reggiano Association. We will welcome Dr. Simone Ficarelli of Parmigiano Reggiano Association coming from Italy. Experience how to enjoy the Parmigiano Reggiano three times and pairing with three wines from Parmigiano's hometown, Emilia Romagna.

First of all, what is a real Parmigiano Reggiano? After knowing the definition and the manufacturing process, next, you will learn about (1) the difference in taste depending on the cutting method, (2) how to use it for various dishes, and (3) how to choose wines that are compatible with each other, and experience the change in taste by combining.

At the end of the course, a special knife from Parmigiano Reggiano, grater, and original slicer goods will be presented to all graduates. If you master effective usage, you will definitely improve your usual Italian food.
